NOTICE INVITING TENDER

 

 

 Separate sealed quotations for the following two categories of services (1. temporary structure/Pandal 2. Exhibition stalls) are invited from reputed and established firms based in  Tamil Nadu for conducting indoor exhibition, meetings and related programmes in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry  as part of three day long Bharat Nirman Public Information Campaigns of  Press Information  Bureau (PIB) in Tamil Nadu.

 

QUOTATION No. 1.  Pre-fabricated temporary structure / Pandal

 

Setting up of tin roofed pre-fabricated pandal arrangements of approximately 10,000 sq. ft  (120 ft. x 80ft.) and stage arrangement of 30ft. x20 ft., along with lighting, PA system with RF mike and other electric gadgets like fans, generator, etc., and supply of chairs and tables. Per sq.ft.  rate separately for pandal and stage to the  quoted .  For itms like chair, table, light, RF mike etc., er unit hire charges need to be quoted. 

 

QUOTATION  No.2  Exhibition Stall (50 - 70  numbers)

 

Setting up of exhibition stalls of 2 x 2 metres size made by using Octonorm System Aluminium Extrusions, Laminated Partition boards name boards with names of exhibitors in cutout letters with one tube light, two spotlights, one 5 amp plug point per stall. Stall area to be carpeted.

 

Only reputed and experienced service providers who are equipped to strictly adhere to the deadline fixed by PIB need to apply.  The applicants are required to submit proof of their past experience while sending in their quotes. 

 

 The payment will be released only after the satisfactory completion of the campaign programme and on production of a certificate from the nodal officer of PIB on satisfactory rendering of the services.

 

        The rate approved will be valid for a period of one year from the date of the first PIC and can be extended at the instance of PIB.

 

Quotations, super scribed on the envelope as ‘Quotations for Pandals / Exhibition Panels’, (whatever is applicable) should be addressed  to the undersigned  so as to reach on or before 5 P M on 03.06.2011 and will be opened at 5.30 PM the same day.  Quotations for pandal and stalls are to be submitted separately.
